No callout fee within Uttoxeter. £10 callout for the surrounding towns (Derby, Stoke-on-Trent, Burton upon Trent, Lichfield, Stafford). Further afield, just ask.

Billed at cost on top of labour, with no markup. You'll see exactly what was paid for any parts, domains or licences.

The first 30 minutes of remote diagnostic are free. If I can't fix it after that, you only pay for any time you've agreed to.
